Okay, why is my Earth freezing over?

So I've been trying to put together my first simulation. No matter what I do, though, it seems like the Earth I've placed immediately drops to below-freezing temperatures, even though it looks like it's well within the habitable zone. Here's the parameters:

• Star: Sun. Mass 0.90 solar masses.
• Planet 1: Jupiter. Mass 0.48 Jupiters. Semi-Major Axis 0.0431 AU. (A hot Jupiter, obviously.)
• Planet 2: Earth. Radius 0.812 Earths. Mass 0.502 Earths. Semi-Major Axis: 0.929 AU. Climate Enabled. Carbon Dioxide Level set to preindustrial.

So what the heck is going on here? Any thoughts on how I might fix it?

I don't have the exact number with me right now, but I haven't modified that value at all. It's the same value that's in the Sun template.

I just repeated your simulation,
You probably left the "Realistic" option "ON" for the Sun, if so, then decreasing the mass to 0.9 Suns decreased your Sun's Luminosity to 0.54 and that is what froze your Earth.

Suggestion to GA: please highlight somehow those parameters that got altered dynamically due to a manual change of another parameter. Maybe a 5 second colour change or blinking?
