So we have a minor dilemma here: whether or not income should be calculated at the end of a round or turn. I believe it should be counted as a turn because the counting at the end of a round would not work. If it was calculated at the end of a round, then the last person would have the last say in everything. So say A and B had 200 income.
A attacks B causing it to lose all it's income
A gains 100 income from left over units.
B removes A and regains all it's income
B gains 200 income from all left over units. because removing is easier than breaking in.
So this gives B an advantage because B goes last.
If it were turn by turn calculated, B would not be able to gain 200 income after recovering from attack. In fact, A might be able to completely invade it if it had enough income. This brings me to my next point; I think the amount of resources required to invade should be upped.
To invade an enclosure should half it's value + 10.
A attacks B and causes it to lose 100 income
B recovers from attack, or, B retaliates and causes A to lose 50 income.
From how the current game looks, this change may give one of us a disadvantage or advantage, but we can just say it's a practice game, i don't think it really matters.
So what's everyone's opinion.
