Can anyone tell me because when I try to raze the temperature it does nothing?

You should be able to enter a new temperature for a body in Alpha 14. However, if there is no star, it will eventually cool back down.

Wish there was a way to lock the temperature so you can heat up with out a need star for heat.

I saw a temperature lock button in planet properties window (There is an option to do this)

Its a Radio-Button
