Banned for not knowing how to post images

You bring shame to the hippocampus

>mrw you go around your school asking people about their fetishes okay zirkza

Fur fetishes? I asked about Fursuiters/Furries, not Furvurts.

And anyway, I didn't directly ask about the subculture, I tagged people and said "You're a furry now".

If they looked confused, I'd assume they didn't know what a furry was. If they slugged me in the arm, which one of them did do, I'd assume they know more than they'd like to admit about the 'moist' region of the furry fandom.

I mean, you bigot against all comments that are written by furries, which is a pretty ignorant, and almost racist, thing to do.

Although your bigotry and unwillingness to accept people as they are is still disturbing, by the end of they day it looks like you've become a little more open.

It's not what it looks like! If you want, I can take time out of my schedule to explain, but knowing you that would be a terrible waste of my time.

Remember what it looks like is the only thing other people can judge from. People don't have remote access to your thoughts and intentions with what you write - they can only judge from what you write.
I mean, you bigot against all comments that are written by furries, which is a pretty ignorant, and almost racist, thing to do.
It simply isn't racist, not even almost, furries aren't a race

Jorster made a connection with my posts in the Black People thread. Anyone who views that thread, especially Jorster himself, should know by now that I don't equate race with fandbase anymore.

There's nothing remotely racist about saying anything about furries. Furries aren't a case.

The Furry "Fandom" has grown enough since 1980 to be called a sub-culture, therefore, bigotry such as invalidating furries is not quite, but almost equatable to racism.

You called something "almost racist" that has nothing to do with race whatsoever, but has something to do with a fanbase, so I don't blame them.

The Furry "Fandom" has grown enough since 1980 to be called a sub-culture, therefore, bigotry such as invalidating furries is not quite, but almost equatable to racism.
No, how big a fandom is, some random year, and whether you want to call it a sub-culture, is all irrelevant for whether it's racism or not. If a race isn't involved it's not racism at all. It sounds like you want to compare bigotry to racism and I can see your point there, but racism is a form of bigotry. It may be "almost bigoted" but it's not "almost racism", that's simply false.

Well, furries aren't a race, but they sure do behave like one.

[We should move this reply thread to the Furry Discussion Topic]

Putting aside whether they collectively do behave as a race, whatever that would mean and what evidence there is for that, are you implying that it could make it racist simply because of how furries behave, and not because they belong to a racial group? Or was it just a random comment?

Well, they do collectively separate themselves from society. They have their own art, their own "furspeak" (not as relevant as it is mostly onomatopoeia), and generally their own culture.

I wouldn't call furries a fandom or a race, but more like a miniature cultural movement. An NRM, per-say.

Anyhow, it doesn't matter. Discrimination against any group in particular is a pretty bad vice to carry around.
