New Models And Objects

Is there a way to implement new objects? Stars for example. I was fooling around in the interwebs and found out that Acrab is one of the brightest stars we know and I'd like to add it to my object folder.
I know that i can safe self made objects but it is there some kind of bundle with multiple objects in it?
