Atmospheres are too good at warming

It's possible for an atmosphere that weighs 10 kilograms to increase the temperature of a planet the size of Jupiter by ten to twenty degrees Celsius.

hah what about this? i placed 4 canis majoris'es wich were locked in position with NO room between them and then i placed the earth in the middle and the was able to block out all heat using the albedo slider

The atmospheric simulation is still not fully implemented. It's going to be a bit rough around the edges till we have time to focus on improving it again.
