I bought sandbox 2 and it's on steam, I start the game and at finding open cl devices I get an error. the game crashed. the crash report folder is 2014 10 13 next to game executable. I want to play this but I cant ..

I've taken a look at the crash dumps, and it appears that the crash is coming from drivers for an ATI based graphics card.. however, you appear to have a Nvidia GPU as your primary adapter. Do you happen to have an ATI card installed alongside your Nvidia card?

If you don't it would be best to remove the faulty amd / ati drivers from the system. Alternatively, if you do have a card from that manufacturer in there, please update the drivers to the latest version and test again.

I swaped out the old video card for this newer one.

If that's the case it just seems that the old ATI / AMD drivers weren't cleaned up properly and they're causing some issues for the game. Here's some information on how to remove them, based on what operating system you're using.
