serbia is fairly powerful, and i have good relations (and alliance)
if i want to PU/inherit it, i probably don't want to upset it
   
but serbia's also asking me to go to war with genoa, which is my ally, and papal states (i have the papacy)
and i'm already in another war with the ottomans which i didn't actually want.
   
and i'm really low on manpower, so either way i'm just going to hang back and defend for the most part
so yeah, what do.
