Collision bug?

Whenever i impact an object with a another, the impact's debris are in a box kinda way, is this normal? i thought when an object hits, small debris and particles fly everywhere, take a look at this

I'm not sure what's going on here. Restart US2 or your computer and try that out.

I restarted US2 and my computer and the same thing still happened, here's some pictures.
The debris and particles are in a bit square kind of a way, is there a way to fix this or is it just a bug?

Can you post your log files? It seems like your GPU is not handling the transparency of the particle billboards correctly.

Additionally, you can check to make sure that the installation of US² is correct, and that you don't have any corrupted files.

To do this, open up your steam library, right click on Universe Sandbox ², and go to properties. Click on the Local Files tab, and select "Verify integrity of game cache".

My GPU is Intel(R) HD Graphics Family, i did the thing you said and tried out the game, i still have the same problem. (How do i find my log files)?
