I was excited to know the codes are out there, however, as the program is running through Steam, I went to the website, made an account, and downloaded the client. Or atleast I think it's downloaded.
The issue comes to the fact that when I try to open Steam.exe, a window pops up to update and validate files, then closes, The bootstrapper remains in my task manager for a few minutes, then disappears, I have tried reinstalling steam, restarting my computer, opening ports, disabling my firewall, and running the .exe as administrator.
I'm running out of ideas how to get past this and get into to Steam to finally put in my code. I can't wait to play this game. If anyone else has encountered this issue and found a way to resolve it, I would much appreciate the information.
Maybe then the next time I post on this forum it would be content relating to this awesome game.
