Greenhouse effect problem?

When I move the earth from 1.0 AU to 1.10 AU, the temperature goes down, but greenhouse effect also goes down. When I move it back to 1.0 AU, the earth stays cold because of the lower greenhouse effect that doesn't come back up. Same thing happens when moving earth closer and back. Is this a bug, or is it supposed to happen?


EDIT: When I try to change the greenhouse effect number, it immediately updates to normal #

Correction, it doesn't stay exactly the same, but it stays low, for example fluctuating between 10 and 15, instad of moving where it should be, like to 40.
