I suppose our Kedy Brains should count also.
These are an Artificical form of Life - based on Silicon. Developed by the Bio-Tech Consortium of Attica. Actually living - they have a DNA chain, but nothing like the ones we know.
They are about 2 metres in diameter or smaller, and with more thinking ability than a Human.
However - they are sort of "hardwired" to do as they are Commanded.
They also require an external Life Support System.
They cannot Reproduce - they are all Exact Clones.
We have discovered that any Intelligent Creatures which are Exact Clones,
have Instant Telepathic Contact with each other.
A bit like the Nestor - in "Battle Beyond The Stars".
We use Kedy Brains of five types - each Type can only have Telepathy with the same Type.
Kedy Brains - used to fully control our Drone Cruisers - 2 Km in length.
There are also Kedy Brains on Command Ships, as Controllers, wired to Computer Terminals - and a Kedy Brain on each of our Home Worlds, with a Computer Terminal. All about 2 Metres in diameter.
Small Kedy Brains - used to control our Drone Frigates and Drone Destroyers - 800 metres and 500 metres in length. There are also Small Kedy Brains on Command Ships, as Controllers, wired to Computer Terminals - and a Small Kedy Brain on each of our Home Planets, with a Computer Terminal. All about 1 Metre in diameter.
Kedy Wormhole Controllers - used to control our Wormhole Gateway Ships. There is also a Kedy Wormhole Controller on each of our Home Planets, with a Computer Terminal. All about 1 Metre in diameter.
Very Small Kedy Brains - used to control our Drone Fighters or Drone Heavy Fighters ( Space Fighters ). There are also Very Small Kedy Brains on the Carriers ( Space Carriers ), as Controllers, wired to Computer Terminals - and a Very Small Kedy Brain on each of our Home Planets, with a Computer Terminal. All about 800 mm in diameter.
Kedy Missile Controllers - used to control our Thermonuclear Missiles ( Space Missiles ). There are also Kedy Missile Controllers on Space Warships, as Controllers, wired to Computer Terminals - and a Kedy Missile Controller on each of our Home Planets, with a Computer Terminal. All about 500 mm in diameter.
