Graphical settings for the low end pc's

I mean this could help others that don't have a computer that is good enough to make the game run smoothly
The options are like
Turn off the particle's
No atmospheric effects
or even the shadow effects
And yes i know some of this options are already available but what about the textures i would like a low-res texture option and also a high-res option for the extremely good computers

This is just my idea for the game to run smoothly for other users to enjoy it in the final release

Yes, I think you can turn all of these off so far.
Although I don't understand the vote options. Please edit or clarify.
