~~Angola~~ Namibia and Botswana join "The Federation". Parts of Mexico taken. One island nation taken in the south atlantic. UAC gains parts of the US with help of FA.

The United States Nation declares that the US will join the treaty, and all treaties relating to it. We declare to make it a space-wide treaty.

The US merged with northern Mexico and African nations merged with other African nations they earned.
The nation becomes American Africa Nation, as it sounds more formal.
We declare that the Three Nation Treaty is in full effect.

I declare that the Three Nation Treaty is part of the Galactic Code, which states no one in the entire universe can use WMD's, but nations can still be in war, and the Three Nation Treaty is part of it because it is a full effect Treaty, which makes it a Galactic Code. But not entirely.
I also declare that a treaty called Save Some Space Treaty (or SSST) should be created to prevent the use of a lot of space that is in dire needs.

Update on country names: All of my countries have kept the same names that haven't changed. Going north, Panama and Costa Rica are the same, then Nicaragua was split by deoxy, and it West and east Nicaragua, Honduras was made smaller, and to the west, Honduralamaleze is made of all of Guatamala, some of Mexico, Belize and Honduras, and Belize is somewhat larger due to some warring changes, then bordering Belize and Honduralamaleze is Yucutana, and bordering that to the west is Pacifin.
