Wallpapers - OBAFGKM classification
« on: February 07, 2010, 05:01:25 AM »
These are wallpapers I made using Blender: They rapresent the dimensions of the different star classes.

O is the biggest one, and M is the smallest.

If you want different formats just give me the resolution you want them

Another picture: comparison between Sun and Betelgeuse dimensions.

Could you make major known star conmparisons, as if they were "laying" over eachother, so you can fit many, but in 3d.  ???

No, like that image, but if ti was 3d, rotated 45 degress to see the stars "overlap".

I tried to get an image but I didn't get a good result:
this is a small image showing the best I could do.

The second one is a modified version of Sun - Betelgeuse comparison: I've added a ring rapresenting the Earth orbit.

FGFG, almost, I mean like 45 degree not exactly like a line.
