That is odd that, the NRL would type that. I have a feeling that isn't them, yet they are a .mil, so, who would hack it just to type two words? That would be a too simple thing to have an offense for. If anything they would mess up the whole site.

That doesn't make me think that the site was hacked. It's odd and "non-professional" but not unimaginable that the one or two people that likely maintain this page might type an off-handed, funny comment like that.
