What do you guys think the possible release date is for US V3 is. I would guess some time November. Beta maybe September or so.

The Beta, in my guess, will hopefully come out before 2014. So between now and December 31.

The beta will probably be released before 2014 hits, and the final release will probably take until the summer of 2014. I can't really tell, though, since there hasn't been any new info recently (unless I am mistaken).
