CURRENT NATIONS AND OTHER DATA

So basically, this is Map War 2, played on the game 1 map, with the addition of sea zones, extractors, and defense bases. The rules are the same as Map War 2 using these features. So there is no technology, etc. You can pick any color you want. Other than obviously black, white, or gray. Also some land -> sea modifications.

I'll pick my place third.
