Can't start program
« on: April 13, 2011, 08:30:32 PM »
I sent this problem via another channel as well.  I just bought premium and when I went to load the product key the program wouldn't start.

The error was a .Net error, something about MTV3D65 can't load file or assembly.  This is after a clean boot.

Here is the error text:

Microsoft NET Framework
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click
Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Cou?d not load file or assembly ‘MTV3D65. Version=6.5.3602.4221 4.
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyT oken=5Oecc2ceb7Bbb228’ or one of its
dependencies. The located assembly’s manifest definition does not
match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT:

Details Continue Quit

See the end of this message for details on invoking a
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Additional info:

Win 7, 64 bit
Ran fine for first 20 minutes, then bought premium and waited for the product key to come through.  I think the pc may have rebooted on it's own in that time frame.

Are you still having this problem?

My first thought is that you have a .NET installation problem, but you're running Windows 7 which includes .NET 2 by default. And then you said it did run for a while. Strange.

Do a fresh reboot and try again. Please let me know if you're still encountering this error.

It seems to be fixed now.  I think something timed out, possibly end of trial, and then the pc shut down.

I saw another post in the forum about re installing over the existing version and that seemed to do the trick.
