Okay, this is ridiculous.

The Earth is completely disrupted by
the impact and its debris forms a new
asteroid belt orbiting the sun between
Venus and Mars.
Depending on the direction and location
the collision, the impact may totally
change the Earth's rotation period and
 the tilt of its axis.
Depending on the direction and location
of impact, the collision may cause a
change in the length of the day of up to
87300000000000 hours.
The impact shifts the Earth's orbit totally.

Transient Crater Diameter: 1530000 km ( = 950000 miles )
Transient Crater Depth: 541000 km ( = 336000 miles )
Final Crater Diameter: 9800000 km ( = 6080000 miles )
Final Crater Depth: 37.6 km ( = 23.4 miles )
The crater formed is a complex crater.
At this impact velocity ( < 12 km/s), little shock melting of the target occurs.

Okay, I give up.

The Earth is completely disrupted by the impact and its debris forms a new asteroid belt orbiting the sun between Venus and Mars.
100 percent of the Earth is melted
Depending on the direction and location the collision, the impact may totally change the Earth's rotation period and the tilt of its axis.
Depending on the direction and location of impact, the collision may cause a change in the length of the day of up to 4.65E+44 hours.
The impact shifts the Earth's orbit totally.
