Welcome to the fifth edition of Videovision in Solea's capital city Zeilunavvuk'! Thanks to Geography Now!'s video on Bandiaterra for bringing the contest to our nation. The contest hasn't even begun yet so let's get down to business...

The Rules
You may submit up to 3 videos, just like in Univision. Their combined length must not be greater than 20 minutes. For example, you can submit one video that's 20 minutes long, 2 that are 10 minutes, or 3 that are 5, 11, and 4 minutes.

You may not send videos which have been sent before. List of used videos

Voting
This edition we'll be testing an alternative voting system.
- Participants will have 66 allocable points
- Your highest ranked video cannot receive more than 15 points
- Your 2nd highest ranked video cannot receive more than 12 points
- The rest of the videos cannot receive more than 10 points
- You cannot vote for more than 12 videos

PM your videos to me with the Universalis nation that you are submitting under. You must have (or borrow with permission) a nation on the map to participate.

Vote here for the synchtube date. The first round will close sometime on the 27th or sooner and we'll choose a timeperiod on or around (6 hours before and after) the selected UTC date.

I just realized I have stuff to do Saturday and I don't know when I'm coming back on Sunday so voting rights have been suspended... Feel free to have some input but most likely I'll just host the thing whenever it is that I can on Sunday. That might be early morning or it might be late afternoon.

the point is to be comparable, fair, and unbiased

it fixes a few of the issues electrocon's voting system has

mostly by just adding a cap on how many videos you can give points to and having a fixed amount of points
