Can I lose my Universe Sandbox²?

I have strange question. If I will change my computer, does Steam delete Universe Sandbox² Alpha from my Steam Library? I'm scared, because I am getting new laptop somewhere in August. Sorry for my English.

The keys are permanent, meaning, once you have them. You will keep them. (Game will be auto-updated to full when it's released)

No, the keys stay linked to your steam account at all times, if you switch computers it will stay.
