[KNOWN] Explode hotkey does not work

Simple as that, pressing ctrl+e does not make objects explode, even with high energy.

Percebob:
Not implemented yet, I could quote C7 on that but my laziness says no.

C7:
The explode feature is not currently working, it broke after we redid the collision system. Once the collisions are stable, we'll see about adding back in the explode button.
