I believe if you are of Cuban ancestry or have Cuban family you can go.

Florida is the only state that has enough people that fits this to actually allow for transportation to Cuba from the US though.

Post by: matty406 on April 11, 2013, 12:52:17 AM: Apparently the embargo doesn't serve any purpose anymore. I mean the cold war is over. The embargo is sitting there being a big stain on America. It probably costs a lot to enforce too.
