I do agree here, but this does go for any website. I'm notorious for website hopping, and this is probably the 4th website that I've been a mostly active member on, and the initial getting into a community is always interesting. Some are welcoming, one I asked to be a developer and immediately became second in command :P and most have a very tight knit community where fitting in is sometimes impossible.
The only reason I am here is because of Bla. If it wasn't for Blacraft I wouldn't be here, the only reason I am on Blacraft is because I was playing Civ 5 with him when I mentioned Minecraft. :P

Based on a situation in the past I'm sure Dan doesn't want people to post that.
It may be the only written rule but using common sense never hurts, and saves the developers from wasting time figuring out complicated rules about every situation that can happen on the forum. :P

we dont use it all that often but considering how many posts that are already on the forum i really dont see the point of editing that one post unless someone is going to go back and edit all the post and enforce this more explicitly and not so "secretly" and suddenly

It was not because you were bashing socialism (which you're welcome to do).

Your premise that calling a specific person dumb, etc. is any different than calling a group of people, that specific person belongs to, as being dumb, is incorrect. The fact that quite a few forum members that belong to the Socialist mindset got offended and took it personally shows there is no difference.
So, when you and others can admit to that truth, you will see that the Christian bigotry shown on this business forum should have been dealt with and corrected, not condoned or excused away based on some faulty idea that group attacks are not demeaning to people within those groups. Religions:
* Stand in the way of scientific progress by denying for example the Big Bang or evolution, and attempting to stop for example stem cell research.
* Stand in the way of human rights, justice and morality by denying LGBT people equality (and in many places resulting in them being oppressed or threatened with death) and combating abortion. Hinduism for example, also puts people into a caste system, putting strict ristrictions on who people can marry and what work and living conditions they can have. Many other religions as well tell people they should marry and live with people based on what their family decides and not based on who they love themselves.
* Have historically caused many wars, inquisitions and still today, people continue to blow themselves up to kill people who don't share their religion.
* Threatens people's health by teaching lies about AIDS and harming our ability to combat it in places like Africa, or by telling people to pray to get cured from diseases rather than getting medicine that works, which occasionally results in deaths that could've been prevented.
Those are just some of the reasons why I think it's important to criticize religions. We need to stop these problems, and if we don't criticize religion, that won't happen.

But I'm not blowing myself up to kill people who don't agree with me so I'm not sure what you mean? It's happening in reality and affecting people (for example, car bombs in Iraq, shootings at abortion clinics in USA, violence between catholics and protestants in Ireland or muslims and hindus in India), so I'm not sure what you mean by it only being a part of my mind (if I'm who you refer to in that sentence)?
