Yes I believe it is in a state in which I can get the ball rolling now.
Dungeons and Matty is (or will be) a forum game within a fantasy setting: Swords and fighting and myth. Basically, it's a flexible RPG wherein players post their actions and roleplay choices with which they interact with the world or kill things. Every action, every event is decided by the Random Number God through his holy conduit, the dice.

On other forums, these are known as "Roll To Dodge" games. However, I've decided on a new system from the ground up, but it's basically the same, except I'm using a d12 die for a total of 12 planes of possibility.
Just for fluff, map of the area in which the first game will take place:

Read through the Rulebook (https://docs.google.com/document/d/13l4h0jxp1OxsxG7v34KdQ_4pCK3fpjsAGBqwvhQgWwY/edit), where I have tried to outline the rules as well as I can. Don't let this stop you from asking about something in-game, however. (And don't let that stop you from reading the book)

Turns will last for two days after which I will do the rolls even if you didn't post an action. If every player posts an action, the roll is initiated immediately.

i chop 1 wood and then make a crafting table and then chop 2 more wood. i turn 2 wood into 8 planks, make 4 sticks with 2 planks, and use 3 planks and 2 sticks to make a wooden pix axe

. so, now i have 1 crafting table, 5 planks, 2 sticks, and a wooden pic axe.

You are in the Human town of Torby. A settlement built under the queendom of Lysteriok deep within Dwarven territory as en embassy. The local council has had concerns over the long-abandoned keep in the distance thought to belong to a civilization of old. Not much is known and that's why the council has chosen you able bodied souls to venture and find out as much as you can about the fortress, known only as 'Granitetooth'.

You have each been given a full set of leather armour. And each a short sword of Iron.

You are currently in the centre of the town standing around a well. dirt roads spread out in 4 directions to form a cross. at each corner are houses, but on one is the pub, called 'The Cock and Horse'.

For the big picture, refer to the map in the OP.

[11]: Lizzia approaches various townsfolk with astounding charisma, even when she bluntly insults them face to face, they just look down and accept the fact they have just been verbally owned.

Fiah goes inside "The cock and horse" to see what it is about
[9]: Jenkin approaches the inn with his peasant swag. You are now inside the Cock and Horse; insind it is dimly lit but homely. To your far right is the bar, the rest of the room is populated with tables and chairs. There are four doors on the far end of the room leading to small bedrooms. There are 5 patrons currently in here.

Mudkip casts a magical spell and become a mudkip (the pokemon). Also i become one with sagua (if i can do that at the same time/turn, if not disreagard becoming one for now)
[2]: Mudkip begins making strange & slightly unsettling movements and gestures with his arms. You finish with a spectacular arms-above-head stance, while the entire town falls silent and stares at you questioning your sanity.

bong runs out of town
[3]: Bong spins a full 180 degrees on his heel and bolts for the gate. Unfortunately the dirt road proves a match as one of your feet is caught on uneven ground and you plummet to the floor in a cloud of dust and shame.
Your face becomes bruised.

Iatirhditen facehoofs as he watches everyone go off in different directions. "GUYS! Don't we have a mission or something!?!?!"
[4]: You see fit to facehoof to signify your disappointment with  your group, however you misjudge the force slightly and whack yourself in the snout. It hurts and you make a little wailing sound before speaking.
Your face becomes bruised.

[6]: While the group is having trouble even keeping together, Sagua seems to appear from nowhere. She'd be late even for her own funeral.

Fiah: Jenkins screams "MOTHERFUCKERS THERE IS NO HORSECOCK HERE, I'M GETTING OUT BITCHES!!!", and then runs off outside.
[1]: Jenkin zooms out of the tavern to be greeted by a plethora of sour looks the worst of which coming from the owner of the town's farm, who happens to rear horses. He is looking at you as if you came into his house on his kid's birthday and pissed on his presents.

Atomic: Iatihrditen flies over to Butts and tells him to come with him to start rounding everyone up so that the group can go to the fortress at Granitetooth like they were expected to.
[5]: Iatihrditen flits up and flutters over to Butts who is embedded into the earth with his face. You land and jostle him while he groans from within his dirt pillow.

Mudkipz: loop > become a mudkip
[4]: You try the same arcane gestures a second time. nothing happens.
But Tai-Chi is good for the soul.

Bong: butts climbs  onto mudkipz and starts riding
[5]: Butts rouses from his dirt nap and unplugs his face from the floor. Not listening to the Pegasus, you walk over to Mudkip and jump on his back, staggering him and almost making you both fall. He retains his balance.

[4]: While you approach the group with vigour, your swag doesn't, you trip over your foot which staggers your forward almost making you collide with the well. You manage to stop yourself with your hands.

Bong: Digs dirt and finds a jetpact
[auto fail]: You go onto your knees to begin digging but it strikes you that your notion was incredibly silly.
You don't even know what a jetpack is.

[2]: It seems your peasant swag stayed behind at the bar because as you push yourself up from the well's edge, your hand slips over the edge sending you tumbling into the wall of the well. It grazes your face, but it isn't visible over your already incredibly scarred face anyway. Now you are slumped facing inwards, at the base of the well.

Kipz: continue loop
[1]: The sudden lightness you feel as Butts disbands your back causes you to spin and fall on your back.

Naru: I sigh, and walk quietly in front of the well, sitting. I raise my right hand to my right cheek, signifying my boredness. I look at the fuss the other group members are making.
[2]: Jenkins' collision with the well causes to lose your balance any you, too, fall, landing on your front, making facial contact with the earth. Your face is bruised.

Bong: Bong starts to pick poket the villigers for  [insert currency here].
[12, Overshot!]: Not only do you swiftly guide your fingers into every container a nearby townsperson owns on their person, but you manage to take their coinpurse of 20 coins. They don't notice, but a nearby town guard did.
He accosts you and takes away the bag from your possession, letting you off with a warning...

I tell Butts to try not to get anymore trouble, and since we're all more or less in one place, I suggest we start our adventure, trying to convince Mudkip and Sagua they can probably get some potions from some alchemist on our travels.

Fiah: I get really upset, and scream out "HAHAHAHAHA" and point at Lizzia, as I attempt to get up again.

Naru: Infuriated, I punch Jenkins in his crotch for being so damn clumsy, and stand waiting for the others.

Atomic: I tell Butts to try not to get anymore trouble, and since we're all more or less in one place, I suggest we start our adventure, trying to convince Mudkip and Sagua they can probably get some potions from some alchemist on our travels.

[11] You arrive on the periphery of the fight, and your charismatic smirk grasps the guard's attention!

Fiah - I get up and come to the guards side and try to knock out butts.
[10] You wallop Butts in the side of the face and he plummets to the floor, unconscious! the guard is still captivated by Liz at this moment.

Atomic - I walk off (wow I'm on the ground!), defeated, to go explore the town for some interesting shops, pretty sure Sagua and Mudkip weren't going anywhere. "I'll be back when you're all ready."
[10] You stroll down a street lined with shops, turning heads as you go (Equestrian Pegasi aren't very common in these parts). On your left, are General Imports, Clothing, and Food stores. On your right are Armoury and albhemist stores, and a post office.

Darv - continue loop
[12] You do some incredibly graceful movements, even turning some people's stares into looks of admiration.
However you stumble and fall.

Bong - i aim for the head and hope for a cuncossion so he forgets about this and i can run away from him.

Kipz - i look for coins people drop on the ground
[9] Scrabbling on the floor, you do find some odd coins, in fact you find 10! +10 coins to your purse.

The guard thanks Jenkins for his efforts, but says Butts will have to go with him to do time for assault, unless a bail can be paid...
Now would be a good time for me to say you were each given a coinpurse of 15 coins.

[12] You regain conciousness. Unfortunately your body didn't get the message and is in paralysis for this turn.

Fiah - I stroll towards the guard with my peasant swag and pay the bail, and when he gets out I bitchslap him real hard
[9] you approach the guard and offer to pay the bail there and then. He states that the bail for this is 21 coins.
You finger through your pouch but you only have 15 coins. This distracts you.

Naru - Bored, I go around town to check out the buildings and have some conversations with the townspeople.
[3] You walk down a road but a lot of people are now indoors from the commotion that happened earlier. Down this street are all houses and cottages.

Kipz - i go to this armoury thingy
[11] You follow the Pegasi's imprints in the dirt and leap into the armoury. when you enter, the air is stuffy from the operational and open forge out to the back of the building. there are various shields, swords, and other weapons on racks and in display cases. To the far wall, there is a counter where a scruffy looking, but heavy built man with black hair to his shoulders and a full beard, pulls his head up looks you over from under his heavy brow.

Darv - continue loop
[5] You carry on acting like a fool in public leading people to believe you are a court jester on her day off.

Atomic - I go into one of the alchemist places
[8] Trotting into the small wooden structure you avoid low hanging bottles and vials and animal bones and other arcane paraphernalia. The apothecary hears your entry and, upon peeling her eyes from a good book laid open on her counter, looks at you with surprise from behind stray dreadlocks in front of her eyes.

[1]: you burst through the door of the alchemist's establishment and run into one of the low hanging bottles, bruising your head. you throw your hands up to your forehead in pain.

Fiah - I proceed to sit on the ground and dream about ponies
[7]: you sit on the ground and daydream of far away lands filled with colourful ponies. You think it could make a good stage-play.

Naru - I knock on someone's door and if they don't open, I barge in. If they do, I have a little chat with the person.
[5]: You knock on the first door you see and are greeted by a woman with a bit of a scowl.

Bong - I regain conciousness and persuade the guard to make the bail 15 coins, and get out of jail
[9]: Using your best 'puppy dog eyes' the guard happens to be a bit of a softie. He lowers the bail to 15 coins. you pay, leaving you with 0 coins left.

Atomic - "Hello... Is something wrong?" I ask the apothecary
[1]: Her gaze is broken and your question interrupted as Sagua fumbles into the store.
