Your title is misleading, they haven't 100% confirmed it, they have made a breakthrough that shows a strong hint that the Higgs Boson (or God Particle as people like to call it) does exist and have narrowed the range of masses where it would exist.

Critical reading jab aside, it's pretty cool all right :)
