Title: Where is my confirming email with product key?

Hello.

I ordered Universe Sandbox yesterday evening. I still haven't received the email confirming the purchase with the product key in it, only the PayPal transaction email without the activation code. Could you send the code as soon as possible please, or shall I wait?

Having the same issue. Got the paypal receipt but no key.

I'm sorry about that. In the last 24 hours some problem has developed where the keys are being generated, but the product key is not being sent.

I've now emailed you both.

I sent a message via the support page, but just in case you see this first... I also purchased using PayPal and have not received an activation key. Would you send it along when you get a chance (micaiah dot evans at gmail dot com).
