You begin an extratropical transition and you've gone through all three phases of cyclones! Your circulation begins do die out, and you've had a nice life. The low pressure center ceases to exist.

Australian cyclones are cyclonic. :P Yeah it was a Cat 5 australian scale! That's like Cat 4 Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Speed Scale.

Anyway, half of that picture isn't even the cyclone, as always media over exaggerating. Yeah, you'd maybe get rain from the right side... but probably not much. You can tell it's a whole seperate circulation center, and this discussion should probably go in the Hurricanes, Cyclones, and Typhoons topic.
