Title: giant storm at hot side of a tidally locked planet

like in the real life tidally locked planet that the hot side have an giant clouds formation like a storm but actually the clouds look like if the planet had an rotation period

tbh, the 'tidally locked planet' things are coming whenever the US2 team adds in climate to random planets.  :)
