Previously in the last competition, Univision XII, Bielosia gained victory thanks to the performances done by the duo Porter Robinson and Madeon in their song, "Shelter"! Thus, the thirteenth edition of Univision will be held in the city of Livikeana Solvae, the land of the first Loviniosan civilizations!

Univision X (http://universesandbox.com/forum/index.php/topic,16567.msg170897.html#msg170897) (popularly known as UniXision) was announced on June 3rd, 2016, in the capital city of Lizabechai of Bielosia. With an unfortunate low of entries (the lowest to date), the contest still went swiftly in good condition, and the victory of that contest laid in the hands of Darvincia, their first victory in the triannual contest.

After much long delay, with votes having been costs from all but one country, the results will be shown after multiple terrorist attacks on various college campuses within Bielosia. While it is unfortunate timing with the starting of the school year, nonetheless the Univision Committee will uphold their promises of delivering entertainment and the final settlement of this edition.
