Title: EU4 Universalis Mod

I am currently trying to make Universalis in EU4. So far, I have done the basic map, and now I am working on the provinces file so we can eventually add our nations in. You don't have to do it, but I do want everyone to be part of this project so it can be finished quicker. Just stick to your region, and try to make the provinces relatively small. Use the default provinces.bmp for reference.

Other than that, let's go!
