I would leave the street to the sidewalk that is empty for lack of contrary statement and then I would arrive in time with the bonus of not killing anyone

Assuming the dilemma is either kill the person to get to the hospital or try to avoid it, I'd say stop and try to move the person. I don't know why the person is on the road and can only assume it's innocent, so it's better to avoid killing it and have a higher risk of the patient dying, than being sure to kill the person and being sure to save the patient.
