Hello guys!
I have some ideas to put to Universe Sandbox 2 for its future updates!
See the inner planets:
Being able to see such as the Center of the Earth Lava and the various layers of our planet.

electromagnetism:
This idea has been proposed many times and I think it would give the simulator more interactivity and beauty with the eye.
With magnetism you could also add the aurora borealis and also the degradation of life due to radiation ::)
Dynamic clouds:
It would be cool to see the clouds move and perhaps create hurricanes and storms.
Supernova shock wave:
It would be nice to see when a star explodes a shock wave that destroys everything in its vicinity.

Shockwaves are the transfer of energy throughout matter. Because there is near nothing in space, there would be no shockwave. The wall of gas produced by the star would nearby bodies, though.
Otherwise, these are some good ideas, although their practicality may be questionable...

In order to have a shockwave, you need air (or some other medium) for it to propagate. It would be a shockwave of what? The luminiferous ether?
Besides that, the other suggestions are ok, I guess. Well, clouds already are dynamic in a way.
The purpose of US is to be an interactive simulator. The layers of the terrestrial planets can be easily found on google...

Some of those are already in the making.
My recent calculations show something scary, though:
If the universe started accumulating features before we started development, and spawns new features at the same rate that you guys do, then it will take until after the end of the universe to fully develop Universe Sandbox²!
No matter the odds though, we're prepared to go the distance. To infinity - and, eh, well, to infinity!

It would be cool to see the inside of the Earth, smash something into the Earth and see the inside again. It would mess up the crust and mantle.

Yeah, the idea of having electromagnetism is a fairly interesting one.
