Good to see that the site ties some negative traits to the personality types. Personality compasses tend to just come with vague statements about being good at many different things that anyone will like hearing. As for how accurate it is Idk.
On the other hand, the site is written as though non-heterosexuals do not exist, which is a huge fail.

Exactly - as an example of the types of behavior you're expected to follow if you're interested in finding a dating partner. So if a girl is interested in finding another girl as dating partner, they're expected not to talk to each other, but the writers probably didn't imagine that as a possibility. The problem lies in including some behavior that could only apply to a hetero example in the types of behavior it says "a person interested in finding a dating partner is expected to follow", because the latter is worded more broadly than the types of behavior it mentions can apply to.

I knew this personality theory had a Good end of the scale and a Bad end of the scale but I couldn't remember which one was Good and which one was Bad for neuroticism so I answered all the questions as if I was Perfect and got 0% for neuroticism so I guess that answers that
