So did that ever happen? I havn't been on so much due to my grandma and cancer so if I can get an update on it.

The text is too dark for a dark background, but the shape and layout is correct.

I like the new logo. Sometimes it reminds me of a spiral galaxy (with a... Very big core), sometimes of a planet like Saturn with it's rings being torn apart. I think it's good to show an interaction in the logo instead of a normal planet for example.
