Is it going to be ATL style or novel style, so I know how to write, since I'd mostlikely be able to help on the weekends, because I have school and am constantly interrupted during the weekdays to do things?

Mostly it'll be an ATL, with "scenarios".

Scenarios are a type of arrangement that'll be in the book (each with a different... well, ATL scenario):

Chapter 2
Chapter 3
Scenario 2
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3

Okay, maybe I'm just going to do that right now.

On the map, you missed Apache Junction. It's slightly into Pinal County. However, you might've wanted to only nuke Phoenix, in which case make the nuked area more vertical rectangular shape.
