if we define a a recognizable human as a 2d polygon that most people can see as a human, i have done it in 11 lines here.

I measured the exact dimensions of a minecraft person and it is a little over 0.7 cubic meters. With 250000 chunks of blacraft, there should be 857500 lapis ore blocks which mined with fortune III will yield around 11319000 lapis pieces or 1257667 lapis blocks. Then, we can make a statue of bla that is 245 meters tall with all the lapis :)
