I'm using a proxy server and can't download files larger than 5.23 MB, is there any way I can download the new file? And hmm... I guess the reason my update system doesn't work, not even after it tries to fix it, is because I can't access the website and forums directly. But I know the solutions to that already.

Are you still unable to connect to the site without a proxy? Who is your Internet service provider or who do you use for your DNS? Have you emailed them or could I and ask about the problem?

Thanks, that download works. I've asked them on their forums now, so hopefully they'll respond soon. I can't find an e-mail address to contact them, only phone numbers.
And yes, it still doesn't work without the proxy.
Edit: I found their e-mail address, so I've sent them one.

Thinking about this some more...
I think the first question to ask is if they (the ISP, Internet Service Provider) can get to the site. Or is it just you?

Back to topic, how did the computer made you use the proxy server (again if you already told)?

My computer didn't make me use a proxy server, but I can only view this site (and only this site) through a proxy server. I just went to a proxy server website and used it.
And I'll remember to ask about that, when they respond. I got an e-mail when I sent it saying they were busy, and that it'll take up to 14 work days.

I think I suggested this and then forgot that I did:
Do you have another computer in the house to try this on? Does it work on that computer?
Or a friend with the same ISP? Can they connect to the site?

I'm pretty sure I tested it on my laptop, and that it didn't work.
