Same goes to any and all of them, same with sports, even FOOD. But the real reason why that is the way it is lays in Edward Bernays' books and in his nefarious teachings.

That's most unfortunate.

A good socioeconomic understanding is a requirement to properly answer such questions, otherwise it would be a waste. But this IS ee, what else can we find here other than that. :P

because brands inject neurostimulants into their products which corrupt brain processes causing the repeated melodic chanting of brand names in people who buy their goods
