I experience sleeping problems too; it's part of my mental condition.  :(
But try do something that tires you, that should help.
Also, worrying about things all the time is anxiety. If this happens all the time, you might have it.
I have anxiety, so I know what it's like to feel so worried.

Sometimes I wake up way earlier than I have my alarm set. I think I do worry, but I am usually under deadline pressures, I don't work well with deadlines because I like to work aty own pace, and sometimes I worry about promises I've made and if they'll like up to the promisee's expectations. I worry if people aren't satisfied with the outcome of said promies and don't tell me. I worry if the way I came across to someone was upsetting, belittling, or offensive without me knowing. I worry about unknowingly saying something offensive and recieving an aggressive retaliation instead of friendly correction and forgiveness. Ect Ect.

I feel the same way. I also experience nocturnal awakenings sometimes. (Which I don't mind, because I like waking up earlier than usual.
For me, I stay away from people. I feel more comfortable from the exclusion, and I can avoid a lot of situations.
Not that I don't like or respect society, it's just I prefer to be alone most of the time. I've had a lot of humiliating experiences in the past, so I avoid experiences like that from being excluded from people.

I have the worst stress when it comes to basically everything. Not to the point where I can't go to school because of stress, but I have exams on Thursday and I will guarantee that I won't be in bed before 3am tomorrow night.

What? No.
Like I said, it's probably due to anxiety.

Jeez Darvince.
I mean, I can go to school with 5 or 6 hours of sleep, but I prefer more rest.

It's called being sick, sir. Or going to sleep earlier than you have done the past week or longer. The latter is not the case.

I am very tired right now.

Fall asleep or go to sleep?

I go to sleep at 21:30 the days before schooldays. When I fall asleep... that is another story.

But yes, the easiest thing you can do to get to sleep easier I think is doing some exercise during the day that makes you tired. There are probably many other psychological factors to how long it takes to fall asleep and stress that are hard to change if possible at all that take a long time to understand and plan how to deal with in the long run.

13:72 is bedtime.
I once had an alarm clock with horrifyingly bright, green lights that lit up my entire room. :l

But if you don't get enough sleep, the time you are awake will be of worse quality than if you get enough sleep, plus getting enough sleep probably also is more healthy and might improve your life quality and duration in the long run.[citation eaten]

I could believe that sleep = health. :P However some people also have to wake up really early or fairly late before school. Today I woke up 20 minutes before school and still got there on time without rushing (not like I wanted to go anyways :P ).

Nonetheless, exams start tomorrow so I'll be awake until 2-3 am likely.
