no an anticyclone is a high pressure
i know what an anticyclone is i want to know what it does to the hurricane/typhoon/cyclone

anticyclone rotates clockwise in the northern hemisphere, counterclockwise in the southern hemisphere.
cyclone = typhoon
typhoon = hurricane
hurricane = cyclone

as you can see the high level clouds are rotating the wrong way despite the cyclone below it.

Is there a hurricane simulator program, where you could simulate hurricanes and seasons?

Yes there is, but it requires 24gb ram and only runs 2005.

darv Climate in a Box runs GEOS-5 which is a professional actually used program where you can actually generate data to run through it which means it doesn't just run 2005's season.

No but basically every model run of it that have been displayed (like on NASA's site and stuff) were in the year 2005.

It's just the fifth version of GEOS.

It wasn't exciting because no storm made direct landfall in Florida... :l
That's why, it wasn't exciting.
