Those fings look slightly like galaxies. Hopefully they can be eaten.

Late post but... they are actually quite like galaxies.

The Fujiwhara effect or Fujiwara interaction is a type of interaction between two nearby cyclonic vortices, causing them to appear to "orbit" each other.
When the cyclones approach each other, their centers will begin orbiting cyclonically about a point between the two systems. The two vortices will be attracted to each other, and eventually spiral into the center point and merge. When the two vortices are of unequal size, the larger vortex will tend to dominate the interaction, and the smaller vortex will orbit around it.

The effect is often mentioned in relation to the motion of tropical cyclones, although the final merging of the two storms is uncommon. The effect becomes pronounced in these storms when they approach within about 1,450 km (900 mi) of each other and are at tropical storm strength or stronger.

Still... The most important and interesting question remains: Can they be eaten?

Clever.

Though, I must say you've all missed the point. (Yeah... I don't know either... So don't ask me)

If you want to say you haven't seen it, say "yes" to the question.

Vince is not recognized by the HCW (it looks really stupid).

But we do have TL 03 (could become Zelia)

It does. The rows are this though:

L - Laurence
M - Magda
N - Neville
O - Olga
PQ - Paul
R - Robyn
S - Sean
T - Tasha
UV - Vince
WXYZ - Zelia

This means that an L will be in that row, M in that row... etc, but PQ means that a P name or Q name will be there, but not both. Same with UV, and WXYZ row.

UV
W

Version 1.4.0 of ASHSim has been released

http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/atomic7732/1139934

HAHAHAHA!!!! Hurricane Cephalo 2011 top wind speed... 140 kts. Category 5. BEAT THAT!

pics for truth (you also can't edit the online one, like you can on the creation one, I could have put 140 in a variable, but this is online, so it's real)

Omg 95kts I don't speak Spanishish.

BUG: Maximum knots in the storm is recorded as the last step, not the strongest wind.

lol my automated system named a TD

Previously Diana got 131 kts. :P 3rd highest on record

Hurricane Bondie 140

Hurricane Diana 131

I encourage you to check out the options. NATO Phonetic Alphabet doesn't work yet. I'm about to get it running.

Yes you can see New Caledonia (the northern section on the bottom of the image). Vanuatu is the 20 or so Islands to the direct south of it.
