Hehe. Shape looks ugly. I classify their shapes. Hahaha! And Naru, are you the captain of the Indian? You only are posting those. Phet looks less ugly now. 91E.INVEST, trying to become Blas in the East Pacific, 1000 miles off the south tip of Baja. WOOT WOOT IN YOUR FACE NOAA, 91L.INVEST formed from remnents of Agatha, but on the other side of Central America, in your friking face NOAA, I new it all along. I guess I don't have bragging rights yet, till it becomes Alex.

What you need to look for is noth the brightness, look for the spiral shape. where it all meets is the center, if no eye, if an eye, well... you job is easy then.

Update: PHET IS RIDDING ITSELF OF THE CDO (CENTRAL DENSE OVERCAST), TRYING TO FORM AN EYE. 91L SHOWING THE SIGNS OF FORMATION, LOTS OF BANDING SURROUNIDING THE SYSTEM INDICATES A SURE FORMATION OF THIS SYSTEM WITHIN 24 HOURS (my prediction)

Severe Cyclonic Phet turns into Very Severe! Looks like it hit Yemen and Oman. Btw, is it just me or Agatha's remants disappeared? Can't find it in GE anymore. And it looks like investments and a hurricane (or typhoon) are forming in the East Pacific... so I'll ask you if they are.

Interesting, your las one looks very tropical, but it's on land, I think it's just GE which makes it fuzzier, yes, 91L (agatha remnants) has dissapeared, and there is a typhoon trying to form in the Pacific, South China sea, it's in your image, just not the center. The South Pacific one you have is extratropical, it looked more or less subtropical last nght, but no longer. Also, JTWC, stop killing people and FRICKING PREDICT THAT IT'S GOING TO LAND, YOU KNOW IT IS IDIOTS!!! At last, they have. FINALLY!!!!! How long does it take? Do they just want to kill people then have the proof they did predict it that? Keep themselves safe, and kill maximum amountage? I knew the Arabian Peninsula was Phet's target all along. Hey I'm not even an adult, I don't have acsess to this awesome info that I'd LOVE to see? And I can predict BETTER THAN THE JTWC? What is wrong with this picture? 03A.PHET - 2000 UTC - 17.1 N 62.0 E - 0601 03A.PHET - 0000 UTC - 17.7 N 61.2 E - 0602 03A.PHET - 0230 UTC - 17.6 N 61.0 E - 0602 03A.PHET - 0700 UTC - 17.6 N 61.6 E - 0602 03A.PHET - 1700 UTC - 18.3 N 59.8 E - 0602 03A.PHET - 2000 UTC - 18.0 N 59.2 E - 0602 03A.PHET - 2200 UTC - 18.1 N 59.3 E - 0602 94W.INVEST - 0700 UTC - 19.7 N 110.0 E - 0602 94W.INVEST - 1700 UTC - 18.7 N 115.2 E - 0602 94W.INVEST - 2000 UTC - 18.5 N 115.5 E - 0602 94W.INVEST - 2200 UTC - 17.9 N 115.1 E - 0602 Phet undergoing eyewall replacement cycle. The eye dissapears, the cyclone weakens, and a new eye forms, making it as strong or stronger than before. Thus, it is not an annular hurricane ( do not confuse with annual EVER), which are immune to eyewall replacements, and are not oblong like Phet. Info on annular hurricanes. These special hurricanes have a symmetrical look, like most category 4 and 5's, EVEN AT THE LOWER END like category 1, and do not undergo eyewall replacements. They also are more immune to cold water. Hurricane Epsilon was category 1, and existed for one week in the cold December waters of the Atlantic! Do not claim Epsilon was not circular, as it's core was, unlike Phet. I guess you could argue Phet is circular at the core, but annular hurricane cores are bigger and denser than its arm. *wink wink nudge nudge, Phet*

No. Soz. Just a weak disturbance. It looks like a good depression, but google earth can fill in the gaps that make it look ragged and weak.

Gaining strength... Oh, and the storm off to the right. Was a very weak disturbance (Dvorak <15 kts) earlier yesterday (UTC). Currently is a strong disturbance, i say, 20 kts or so, ready to be called an invest.

93E is a strong and very organized low pressure system in the Gulf of Tehutenhapec or whatever. 92E is a quite potent low pressure system, but is slightly less organized than 93E. 92L is weakening alot. Trying to hold onto the investigation status.
