Every hour, on the hour

Same as http://forums.xkcd.com/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=87944 but with differences.
You may multipost. All posts are "game posts". The amount of points you get for posting decreases the further along it gets in the hour. The equation for the amount of points you get is this:

round(99/x^(x/700))+1, with x being the amount of seconds since the hour has started. This is multiplied by how many empty hours there have been before your post is made. It's not exponential so don't think that waiting longer will get you more points.

I will calculate the amount of points each person gets at the end of each week or day depending on how lazy I am and how much posting there is.

no the minimum amount of points is always 1 because
(99/x^(x/700))+1
when x is very large (say 3000), then 3000^3000/700 is about 3000^4 which is large. this makes 99/3000^4 small which means +1 is the amount of points you get.
