Ok so i bought universe sandbox through steam, now when i try to launch the game the steam window comes up saying "preparing to launch universe sandbox" after a minute or so it closes CPU and RAM usage picks up then drops back down and a new steam window opens listing games for sale or just advertising like i had closed the game, no log folders are generated or any thing, my graphics drivers are up-to-date .net 4 is installed and c++ 05 08 and 2010 are installed all installed and have been repaired and re installed numerous times integrity of the instal through steam and it checks out, the only thing i haven't tried and cant't is trying the game on a new user account, when i try to log out of this account the screen goes black and the computer locks up, when i restart it says windows is damaged and must be restored to an earlier time.
