I just recently purchased Universe Sandbox Premium 2. I have already downloaded the game, and when I try to enter the key, it states that a version 1 license is not valid with version two. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I purchased the premium for Sandbox 2, so shouldn't the key I received work? Anyone help is appreciated.

Are you sure you're entering the key correctly?

Try copying and pasting it from your email to eliminate confusion between letter and numbers, like 0 and O.

If you're still having trouble, reply back to me (via email, don't post it here) with the product key you received and I'll make sure it's valid.

If you purchased recently from this site you'll no longer use a key.

You should have received an email with the link to download the full version.

If you didn't get that email try reentering your email address here:
https://www.humblebundle.com/?s=resender

Once you receive the email, follow the link, and download the new setup file. Just install it over your existing installation (if you used the free version).

Please let me know if you're still having problems or still can't get the email.
