Stupid netherlands blockaded me by annexing part of Bali meaning I couldn't get down to the Malacca area... (this happened after the screen was taken)

Vientane and Annam are my allies. w00t. It's an ally triangle (Vientane is allied with Annam and I, and Annam is allied with only Vientane and I)
