Yes, I found one. I don't have any idea in which direction though. :P

But, who took around 300 iron bars this time? :P

There are no chest logger plugins on bukkit, maybe it's not possible/very hard. You should have to ask before taking large amounts of materials (1000+); ores (30+); or other rare items like enderpearls or blaze rods (2+). If that fails, maybe consider taking ores and valubles out of the public storage and into another vault where you have to ask permission to take? I'd be pretty dissapointed if someone waltzed in and out of my place with 300 iron and didn't tell me.

I like honest people. :)

Comrades. We have a problem.
This tunnel will look awesome with glass walls.

I know. I predicted it would happen. I want to make a public rail tunnel with underwater view. :P

You can take sand from any desert, as long as it's outside any claimed area, or you have permission from the one who manages the region.
Also, when mining sand, I suggest placing cobble below the top layer, so that the desert keeps its natural look. Like Spawntown Undermine.

That's one option, but my suggestion gives you more sand, plus you get all the sandstone.

Also, Spawntown has almost a double chest of sand. I don't think we'll need more for glass, even though, the more, the better, as always. Our sandstone stockpiles are low, though.

It looks like we can save some iron on the rails... :)

Seeing as I've the only one who has accessed the chest for the past 8 days,... I just have no idea about what I spent them on or put them? This is really strange. But nvm.

Btw, I think the economy should be changed so that there is some amount of freely available rare public property (like iron), while the rest is locked up and managed by the regional government. Maybe. Hmm.
This was the original intention with regional property, but just "always having 64 of [rare item]" in your backyard doesn't mean that whatever was taken couldn't be spent better.

But isn't the definition of socialism is that the leftover money goes to the government to divert to the most needed place?

Does National Stockpile count?
This roughly explains socialism:
http://www.worldsocialism.org/articles/what_is_socialism.php

In the stage of late socialism/communism, money would lose their purpose.
"Leftover money" is a very loose concept. The leftover of what exactly? The economic planners should divert all of the resources to where they are needed in my opinion. In our Minecraftian society, the economic planners are the regional "governments".
So our roles would be to fill the stockpiles when people take from them, to a certain level where people can take without crashing the economy. If they need large amounts of resources for a big project, we should plan it collectively and decide whether all of our member regions should contribute to it.
That is my model for a Minecraftian communist economy where we can all cooperate and have a well-working economy. :)

Makes sense?

I want to make Revolt City the largest city in Blacraft.
*Wishes you good luck, while drawing my blan for the future outskirt of Spawntown near the Ampluterra border.* :)

I will also put a red star on the voting center, and make something for socialism. And a hammer in Spawntown coupled with a siclke in Epicland, to show how they have contributed to each other.

I won't start a race. I will develop Spawntown whenever I have anything useful to build. I have tried making those gigantic, empty cobblestone cities in SSP. Leninkat doesh nawt find zem amusing.

stone and smoothstone are incompatible. trust me. i tried in the 1.0 prebukkit blacraft map and i ended up relayering my structures in bricks.

Smooth roads and brick buildings.

I do think it'll get boring if everything is all stoney though. Maybe.

stone roads are nice but get boring. cobblestone has an okay texture for roads. i'd make them out of sandstone (but that's incompatible with brick).
