Depends on which way you mean it. It hasn't been exploded, but it has become taller. :P

Also, new world map! The area around the pyramid at Spawntown has become "Pyramid Park".
The world map may look wierd, because it has been rotated, because Notch decided to make the Sun rise in what was south before... But we'll just have to get used to it.

Other news: Spawntown Center of Work has been expanded, Spawntown Testing Lab is being expanded as well. Border Hill Automatic Farm has been improved (it is easier to get around it and to the pick up points).

requesting that "bong" or "lotzubutt" removes his chests with his property that are in my buildings and storages ( i let him put them there), within 10 days. or relocate them to someplace more..discrete, (there in my houes lol).

Yes, sorry, I thought the terrain generation wouldn't change, but it has changed a bit. There are a lot more oceans now, apparently, or so it seems when I compare it to the old map from 1.8+, but some of the areas look mostly the same as before.
If you want it, I can probably attach some more of the 1.8 terrain to your border. Otherwise I can help making it look natural.

But no, the map will absolutely not be restarted. We didn't spend 8 months on this just to start over.

The vast majority of the terrain shouldn't, but it would have new features in them from 1.0. Like chests in strongholds, unlimited  strongholds pr. world and so on.

Finish building if you have the materials.

If you need food, I heard Mudkipz has a lot in Desertopia. :P But Spawntown also has about 2-3 stacks of bread and 6 stacks of wheat...

FiahOwl, I can place some of the pre 1.0-chunks back. If you want it, draw some lines on the map showing how much you want back.
The same applies to anyone else who has lost some land they developed or wanted as it was, ofc I will judge how much it is first so nobody (yes, I'm looking at you, Darvince) suddenly wants ALL of the old world back. :P
